Hidan is based off of Dracula.

Ok, before i get bashed with like a billion "hell no's" or like things like that, just read what im saying.

I have been speculating that Hidan might be based of of the vampire Dracula. Lets face it. His hair is slicked back, hes got the open collar (and similar hair line)

And hes got that whole steak thorugh himself(however i dont think its going through his heart). He studies this religion that has to do with sacrifices(sp?) and lots of blood(with the Cat Bijuu). He even turns all red or dark during this scraficial thing(maybe he has the ability to transform into a more powerful being). Even Kakuzu is afraid of him, saying he "cant die". but maybe he is invincible unless u do the whole steak thorugh the heart thing. thats how i think Hidan will die, he will be killed by a thrust of a kunai or something thorugh the heart. Good theory?

Calm Before the Storm

Pretty good connections. Maybe asuma will kill him with a full blast wind chakra covered knuckle knife through the heart.

Actually, I thought he looked a lot like a vampire when I first saw him. The black and red cloak lends itself well to the classic undead look.

What are you taking about? He's definitely based off of Malfoy. =P

Shinnou Genkaku

It must be true if I say it

He does look like a vampire, but i dont think his sweet spot is his heart. Being of someone at a S rank level, im sure someones pierced his heart before, probably Kakuzu.

Yup, Hidan is more or less based on a vampire. Kishi is awesome.

i speculated that hidan would be vampireish after the two tail fight, when i saw the stake through his chest. at that time i thought he was unkillable by conventional means and so to eventually kill him u might need to cut off his head like a vampire. just a theory, but how awesome would it be if he was a vampire, not just "like" a vampire

I think Hidan is not a vampire, but probably he already dead before, and his religion resurrect him, and he became undead .
